ChangeTech Network is a community driven tech playground and innovation lab under Tsungai Initiative, dedicated to bridging the digital divide across underserved communities in Africa. It’s a movement for inclusive innovation. We explore how research, technology, and locally relevant innovation can create meaningful solutions that improve everyday life. We aim to provide locally-relevant, and affordable solutions for underserved communities.

We offer mobile digital labs bringing Wi-Fi access and tech education to rural areas, and hands-on workshops equipping young people and caregivers with practical digital skills, turning ideas into action. Our focus is on applied technology, the kind that connects, educates, and empowers.

We are a space for learning, testing, and building ideas that grow into lasting impact, ensuring no one is left behind in the digital future.

Across Africa, communities face persistent challenges such as limited access to essential services, uneven opportunities, and gaps in resources that affect health, education, and livelihoods. Technology holds enormous potential to address these challenges, but ideas alone are not enough; solutions need to be tested, refined, and grounded in the communities they aim to serve.
